Accessibility

How we make this website easier to use for everyone.

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people living with memory problems or dementia, the people who care for them, and anyone with low vision, limited mobility or other disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

Accessibility options

Use the accessibility button at the top right of every page to:

  • make the text larger
  • turn on high contrast, which also removes see-through backgrounds
  • pause the moving shapes and testimonials

Your choices are remembered on this device. The site also follows your device’s own settings for reduced motion and increased contrast.

Other features

  • A “Skip to content” link and a clear focus outline for keyboard users
  • Headings, labels and descriptions that work with screen readers
  • Text and buttons with strong colour contrast
  • Pages that reflow on small screens and when zoomed
